  • Deposit $100.00 (fully refundable if terms are adhered to)

  • Pay $10 for Gate Access Card ($10 refund) - this gives you 24/7 access via our electronic gates

  • Rent is to be paid one month in advance

  • Pay 6 months in advance for 5% discount (non-refundable)
